Due to the way this development has been structured there are a limited number of plots that are available for sale prior to general release.

Full planning permission has now been granted and Port St George has the backing of both the Government of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and equally important the local island administration and leadership, who are fully behind the project and committed to its successful completion.

Land is available in the marina, on the golf course and by the lakeside. Selected plots benefit from the provision of dockage in the marina.
