  • Plots are from ¼ of an acre to just under 1 acre. The estate is fully serviced and all plots are near the proposed Port St George development.

  • All buyers have the “Right to Buy” into the proposed Port St George development at pre-arranged and discounted prices. “Rights to Buy” are currently available for the golf course and waterfront areas of the development. To gain a Right to Buy for the marina you would need to purchase a Right to Buy one from an earlier investor. (See Investment Opportunity)

  • The Right to Buy is an independent contract which can be sold separately.

  • The Developer will  buy back the plot of land purchased in Stella Maris in part exchange for a plot in the Port St George development at 25% more than the original price.

  • Subjet to planning, the plots in the Port St George development are expected to be available in summer 2007. You can use your initial plot plus 10% of the difference of the cost of trading up as your deposit.

  • Overseas land can be purchased into a Pension scheme through a  SIPP or SASS. (UK Only)
